Directions from Boston Area – approximately 21 miles to Norwell

• Follow I-93 heading south from Boston to Quincy area - Merge onto RT-3 S
• Take RT-3 SOUTH on the left towards BRAINTREE/CAPE COD
• Take the Route 228-Exit 14, towards ROCKLAND/NANTASKET
• At end of ramp/light, turn left onto Route 228/Hingham Street
• Just after 2nd set of lights, take a right onto Accord Park Drive (Burger King is on the corner).
• Accord Park Drive is a horse shoe that curls back to Rte 228.
• Follow Accord Park Drive ~3/10ths of a mile around until just before the shoe starts to turn back out to Rte 228
• Take a right onto Cordwainer Drive (there is a sign for Accord Executive Park on the right).
• Follow a short distance to a fork and speed bump.
• Take the left just after speed bump.
• Our building is No. 600 – the first on the right. When you pull into the parking lot, it’s best to go down the ramp on the left to the lower parking lot behind the building. When you enter the Atrium, the elevators are on the left. We are on the 2nd floor. You will need to cross over the bridge through the atrium to get to our door. Welcome!

Directions from Mass Pike – approximately 30 miles to Norwell

• Follow Mass Pike, I-90 east to the interchange with I-95/Rte 128.
• At Exit 14, turn right onto Ramp toward 1-95/Rte 128, staying toward the right.
• Go through toll booth, and take first right ramp toward I-95 / RT-128 / South Shore / Cape Cod
• Follow for ~19 miles (Note: at Exit 12 the road name changes to I-93 [US-1] towards I-93 / Braintree / Cape Cod – Stay on this highway)
• At Exit 7, the road forks. Take the right fork toward Rte 3/ Cape Cod, but stay to left of the ramp (do not exit for Washington St/Quincy on far right).
• Follow for ~10 miles to Exit 14.
• Follow instructions above, starting at Step 4.

Directions from Witness Enterprise Solutions to Logan Airport

• Exit 600 Cordwainer Drive, turning left.
• At speed bump, turn right.
• At end of Cordwainer you can turn right or left – both will take you to Rte 228.
• Take a left onto Rte 228.
• At the first set of lights take a left onto the Ramp for Rte 3.
• Follow Rte 3 North ~8 miles, bearing right at split for Southeast Expressway 93 North (Exit 20 – Boston).
• Follow for ~9 miles to Exit 20 (located just past Exit 18/Mass. Ave/Roxbury/Frontage Road).
• Follow the new, elevated highway into a new Logan tunnel.
• Merge onto I-90 East and into the Ted Williams/Logan Tunnel.
• Upon exiting Tunnel, follow signs for Logan Airport.
